Apply Now to Secure Your Spot at Resilience Charter School

We are SO glad you’ve chosen our middle school for your child! We encourage you to apply early to secure your spot.

What you need to know about our application process:

1. Public charter schools are required by law to adhere to a fair and unbiased admission policy. Applications of all students will be reviewed and placed in a random lottery

  • Parents will be notified by e-mail and/or phone about next enrollment steps if their child receives a lottery spot.
  • Lottery Dates:
    • Early Admissions: The first Thursday in February
    • Ongoing Lottery Dates: First Thursday of each month. Every Thursday during June and July.

2. Resilience Charter School is currently accepting lottery applications for grades 6th - 8th.

3. Priority is given to lottery applications in the following order:

  • Children of staff and board members;
  • Siblings of current students;
  • Pursuant to our controlled open enrollment policy, priority in each lottery is given to students who reside within Alachua County, and students applying who reside outside of Alachua County may be accepted if all vacancies are not filled.  

4. Online applications are best but, if you prefer a paper copy delivered to you via mail, you can request one here or by calling 352-226-8675.
